Fatal shooting on Sherriff Street, Dublin on the 13/7/10

Gardai are investigating a shooting incident on Sherriff Street, Dublin 1 at 4.45 p.m. on the 13th July 2010.

The injured man, who is believed to be in his 30's, was taken to the Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The area has been sealed off by Gardai pending a technical examination by the Garda Technical Bureau.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them at Store Street Garda Station on 666 8000.
