Fatal road traffic collision, Co Wicklow, 25th July 2010

Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the R747 between Tinahely and Hacketswtown.

At approximately 1215 hours a 23 year old male was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with a telegraph-post.

He was taken by ambulance to Naas General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
