Investigation in to the murder of Jason Martin on the 27/9/09 - Arrests

Gardaí in Ballyfermot have arrested four people in relation to the murder of Jason Martin in the Park West area of Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 on the 27th September 2009.

Two men and two women were arrested by Gardaí this morning, the 19th February 2010 in the Dublin area.


Three of the arrested (two women in their thirties and one man in his mid 20's) are being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act in Ballyfermot and Clondalkin Garda Stations.


The second man (mid 30's) is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act in Ballyfermot Garda Station.
