Gardaí in Tallaght investigating the murder of Kenneth Fetherston (on 22/9/09) have this morning (16th August 2010) arrested a 26 year old man in Rathfarnham in connection with this investigation.
He is being detained in Tallaght Garda station under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.

Gardai have identified the remains of the man found on Military Road, Rathfarnham, on Sunday the 31st of January 2010.
The remains are that of 26 year old, Kenneth Fetherstone who was reported missing in 2009.
Kenneth left his residence at the Tallaght cross Hotel Tallaght Dublin 24 shortly before 9.00am on the 22nd of September 2009. The last known sighting of Kenneth,was at Landy’s Industrial Estate Knocklyon, Dublin 16.
Kenneth was driving a red Honda Civic 93 D 448622 when he went missing and this car was located near Gorey, Co.Wexford, in a lay-by on the N11, on
