Gardai in Lucan investigating the false imprisonment of the family of a bank official in Lucan on 23rd October 2009 have this morning (17th August 2010) arrested 3 people in the Crumlin area of Dublin.
One male (aged in his early 40's) is being detained at Lucan Garda Station under Section 50 of The Criminal Justice Act 2006.
A second male (aged in his late teens) is also being detained at Lucan Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939/98.
A female (in her mid 30's) is being detained in Ronanstown Garda Stations under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006.
A motorcar was also seized today as part of the investigation.
