Missing Person - Margaret Mawhinney - located

Gardaí at Navan Garda Station are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Margaret Mawhinney, from Trim Road in Navan, Co. Meath.

 

The body of a woman was located by Meath River Rescue at 12.15 pm on the 20th of March 2009.

The body was found in the Boyne river near Kilcaim Bridge, which is on the Dublin side of the town.

The body has been identified as that of 53 year old Margaret Mawhinney, who was reported missing on the 3rd of March 2009.

Garda would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

Gardaí at Navan Garda Station are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 53 year old Margaret Mawhinney, who is missing from her home at Trim Road in Navan, Co. Meath.

Margaret is described as 5'1'' , with short brown hair and glasses. When last seen she was wearing grey trousers, a black jacket and a dark head scarf.

Margaret's family are very concerned for her safety.
