Fatal shooting in Tallaght on the 13/3/09 - Arrests update.

Gardai investigating the fatal shooting of Seamus (Shay) O'Byrne, on the 13th of March 2009, have arrested a fourth person.

 

Gardai investigating the fatal shooting of Seamus (Shay) O'Byrne, on the 13th of March 2009, have arrested a fourth person.

The 16 year old female was arrested this afternoon the 16th of March 2009 in Tallaght.

She is detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Terenure Garda Station.

Three others who are detained at Tallaght and Rathfarnham Garda Stations remain in custody.
