Gardaí at Carlow are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred shortly before 1am on the 16/2/08.
A 53 year old male pedestrian was fatally injured at Clonmore, Killeshin, Co. Carlow when he was struck by a car.
The deceased was removed to the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
