Victims Charter Published (26/3/20)

The Minister for Justice and Equality has launched the Victims Charter

The Charter is designed to help victims find information about victim services offered by the State’s agencies and voluntary groups.

The Charter sets out how to get in touch with a wide range of services, including An Garda Síochána. It also sets out the supports that victims can expect to receive.

The Charter also describes the criminal justice system so that victims can understand what to expect in their interaction with it.

The charter is available here.
