Finalist for the CIPD Ireland HR Awards 2022

An Garda Síochána has been shortlisted for one of the most prestigious HR awards in Ireland.

Our HR colleagues’ project – HR Future Op-Model Readiness Measures (HR FORM) – has been selected as a finalist for the CIPD Ireland HR Awards in the Sustainable Change Management category.

The HR FORM project is an important part of how An Garda Síochána will manage operational HR.  The project has supported the development of HR processes and the HR portal, providing standardised access to HR information, policies and forms for individuals, Divisional Offices and Business Services Functional Areas.

 he award winners will be announced at a ceremony on 18th February 2022. Congratulations to our HR colleagues and the best of luck!
