Culture Night Friday 21st September 2018

Garda Museum

For Culture Night 2018, An Garda Síochána will be showcasing the Garda Museum in Dublin from 4pm to 10pm. 

Curators will take visitors through the history of the Garda Organisation with guided tours of the museum. You will see a unique exhibition of artefacts, multi-media presentations and contemporary equipment, providing an informative insight into policing in Ireland over the past two centuries.

The Garda Mounted Unit will be in attendance, along with a display of Vintage Garda cars and motor bikes.

Henry Street Garda Station

Henry Street Garda Station in Limerick is open to the public for Culture Night from 5pm to 9pm.

Guided tours of the station will take place every 30minutes.

The Garda Dog Unit and Armed Support Unit will be there to welcome everyone to this family friendly event.
