Commemoration Ceremony for members of An Garda Síochána killed in line of duty - 16/5/20

On Saturday 16 May 2020 An Garda Síochána gathered at the Garda Memorial Garden at Dublin Castle to remember our colleagues who made the ultimate sacrifice, a day that we honoured their memories and commemorate their courage and service.

It is a vital reminder to us all and the wider public of the qualities required to be a member of An Garda Síochána and the role An Garda Síochána plays in society.

We remember the Gardaí who gave their lives to help build and sustain that trust, and by doing so made this country a safer place. That is their great legacy to us.
