Missing Person Ned Cash Connors, Dublin 4th September, 2017.

Ned was last seen on the Monday 4th September, 2017 at approximately 4 p.m. He is described as being 5’ 5" in height, blue eyes, slight build and sandy coloured hair.  It is not known what Ned was wearing when last seen.
