Court Appearance re Murder of Peter Butterly.

Four men are to be charged before the Special Criminal Court this morning, 8th September, 2017 following investigations into the murder of Peter Butterly which occurred at Gormanston, Co. Meath on 6th March, 2013

The men were arrested in locations in Co. Meath, Co. Cavan and Blanchardstown.  Members of the Detective Unit, Ashbourne and Special Detective Unit, Dublin carried out the arrests early this morning.

The men were detained at Ashbourne and Finglas Stations.
