Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision in Charleville on 26th October 2016.
At approximately 23.10hrs a 19-year-old male was fatally injured when the car he was driving collided with a wall. The collision occurred on the R515, Smiths Road, Charleville. Three passengers in the car, two female and one male (all aged in their late teens), were taken by ambulance to University Hospital Limerick.
The scene of the collision was examined by Garda forensic collision investigators and the road has since reopened to traffic. The Coroner has been notified.
