Court appearance Dublin - Margot Seery murder on the 8/10/94

A 41 year old man is due to appear before Dublin District Court No 3 at the Criminal Courts of Justice at 10.30am this morning, the 27th March 2015.

The man was arrested this morning in the Kimmage area of Dublin.

The man is charged in relation to the murder of Margot Seery at Kenilworth Square Dublin 6, which occurred on the 8th October 1994. Margot Seery was 49 at the time of her death.

The body of Ms Seery were exhumed from Rathkeale Cemetery on 16th September 2014 and taken to University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination was performed by Dr. Michael Curtis. Following the post mortem examination the remains were re-interred at Rathkeale cemetery.

A 41 year old man was arrested on the 26th September 2014 and detained at Terenure Garda station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984. He was subsequently released the without charge and file was prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
