Arrests following damage to paintings on the 8/01/14

Gardai in Pearse Street investigating the damage to two valuable paintings in a hotel on St. Stephens Green on the 8/01/14 have arrested two males this morning in relation to the investigation.

A male in his late 40’s and a male in his late teens were arrested in the Dublin area and were detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Pearse Street Garda Station.

The two males are scheduled to appear before Court Number 2 the Criminal Courts of Justice tomorrow morning (1/02/14) charged in relation to the incident.
