Male charged Re Burglary Bank of Ireland Tubbercurry County Sligo 29th January 2014

Gardaí investigating the theft of an ATM machine in Tubbercurry, Co Sligo on the 29th of January 2014 arrested a male 42 years on Friday the 15th August 2014. He was taken to Ballymote Garda station where he was detained under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended. He was later charged and appeared before a special sitting of Carrick on Shannon District Ct., Co Leitrim at 1pm today the 16th August 2014.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Hartstown District Court, Castlerea at 10.30am on the 22nd August 2014.
