Garda Fraud Investigation - Two Arrests on the 11/8/14

As part of an ongoing investigation into Financial Irregularities at a Financial Institution in Dublin, members of An Garda Síochána’s Bureau of Fraud Investigation arrested two men in Dublin City this morning (11/8/14).

Both have appeared before Court No 2 at the Courts of Criminal Justice charged with one offence of 'fraudulent trading' contrary to section 297 of the Companies Act 1963.
