Drug seizure Ballyfermot on the 8th August 2014

As part on an ongoing operation by Gardai from the Drug Unit at Tallaght Garda station, a house was searched at Lough Conn Terrace, Ballyfermot on the 8th August 2014.

 During the course of the search Gardai discovered 5 Kilos of Cocaine with an approx street value of  €350,000(subject to analysis) and 5.5 Kilos of Cannabis herb with an approximate street value of €110,000(subject to analysis).
 
Gardai also discovered a Cocaine press and mixing agents.
 
One male(44yrs) was arrested and is being detained at Tallaght Garda station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice(Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 as amended.
