The media are invited to the launch of the Casualty Reduction Strategy which will take place on the 1st of October 2012, at the offices of the Railway Procurement Offices RPA , Conference Room, Parkgate Street Dublin 8.
The launch will commence at 11am. and will be immediately followed by a photo opportunity at 11.30 am at Heuston Plaza. The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness making the Roads safer for ALL Road Users.
Dublin’s roads are now the safest roads of all EU capital cities.
In attendance will be Representatives from all of the Local Authorities in Dublin, National Roads Authority, Dublin Bus, Luas, National Transport Authority, Railway Procurement Agency, Road Haulage association, Taxi Federation, Road Safety Authority and An Garda Síochána.
Parking is available at Heuston Station but not in the RPA Offices .
