Fatal Shooting on South Circular Road, Dublin on the 24/9/12

Gardaí investigating the murder of Declan O Reilly who was shot dead on South Circular Road on the 24th of September 2012, have arrested a man.

The man in his 20s was arrested this morning in Dublin and is detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Jus'tice Act 2007 at Kevin Street Garda Station.  He can be deatined for up to seven days.
