Fatal road traffic collision in Douglas, Cork on the 14/11/11

Gardai at Douglas would like to make a further appeal on a fatal road traffic collision on the 14th November 2011.

Ms Regina Kennedy a pedestrian was fatally injured in a road traffic collision at Carrshill Douglas Cork. 
  

 
Gardai are appealing  for any taxi drivers or hackney drivers who may have picked up a female on Patrick St Cork between 1.30am and 2.15am on the 14th Nov 2011 and taken her to Kilbrody, Mount Oval Estate , Douglas to contact them on   021 – 4857670, The Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Gardai at Douglas are appealing for information following a fatal road traffic collision on the 14th November 2011.  

At approximately 2.20am a female pedestrian was fatally injured when she was struck by a car at Carrshill, Douglas. The victim has been named as Ms Regina Kennedy, aged 37 years, from Blarney St Cork and formerly of Edgeworthstown, Co Longford  

Investigating Gardai are anxious to trace Ms Kennedys’ last known movements prior to this incident. She was last seen in the vicinity of the South Mall at approximately 10.30pm on Sunday 12/11/2011.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision at Carrshill, Douglas, on the 14th of November 2011.    

At approximately 0220 hours a 37 year old female pedestrian was fatally injured when she was struck by a motor car. She was pronounced dead at the scene which remains closed pending a technical examination. Traffic diversions are in place.
