Fatal road traffic collision at Ballinhassig, Co Cork on the 30/11/11

Gardai are investigating a fatal collision which occurred near the townsland of Bawnleigh between Halfway and Kinsale.

A approximately 6pm a male aged in his 20's was fatally injured when the 4x4 he was driving collided with a ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The road is closed pending the arrival of forensic collision investigators and diversions are in place.
