Firearm Seized Man Arrested Dublin

A man in his late teens has been arrested and is being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act in Store Street Garda Station after a handgun was seized

A man in his late teens has been arrested and is being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act in Store Street Garda Station after a handgun was seized from him in an intelligence led operation at East Road, East wall, Dublin 3 at approximately 2.30pm this afternoon, 30th October 2010.

The operation was carried out by local detective and drug units from the North Central Division.
