Arrest in Cavan on the 30/6/10 - Court appearance

Gardai in Cavan have arrested a 56 year old man on suspicion of a breach of the Sex Offenders Act.

He was arrested in Cavan at approximately 4.00pm this evening, the 30th June 2010.

He was conveyed to Cavan Garda Station and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

He is due to appear in Cavan District Court at 10.30am tomorrow morning.
