Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time to contact Clondalkin Garda
The Gardai at Clondalkin, Dublin 22 are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot near the junction with the Old Naas Road on Friday afternoon (18th Sept ’09) at approximately 1.30pm.
A blue Opel Zafira and a black Peugeot 206 were in collision, the 77 year old male driver of the Opel Zafira (only occupant) was admitted to St. James Hospital where he subsequently died yesterday (Sunday, 20th Sept ’09) . The three occupants of the other car involved were uninjured.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the collision or who may be in a position to provide information to contact Clondalkin Garda Station on 01 -666 7600, the Garda Confidential Line 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
