Gardaí at Ballymun are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a 33 year old man in Ballymun.
The incident occurred shortly after 7am this morning, the 20 September 2009.
This man was taken to the Mater hospital following an incident at The Hamptons, Santry Cross, Dublin 9. He died a short time later.
A 30 year old female is also in the Mater Hospital in relation to the same incident.
The scene at The Hamptons is being preserved and the services of the Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologist's office have been requested.
