Fatal shooting in Tallaght on the 13/3/09 - Release of four.

Garda have released all the people who had been in custody as part of the investigation into the fatal shooting of Shay O'Byrne.

 

Garda have released all four people who had been in custody as part of the investigation into the fatal shooting of Shay O'Byrne.

They were released late yerterday evening the 16th of March 2009 and files will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
