Gardaí at Cornafulla are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the R357 at Raghrabeg, Shannonbridge, Co. Offaly.
Gardai have named the 30 year old man killed in a crash at Raghrabeg, Shannonbridge on the 14th of March 2009, as Shane McKenna of Portnick Drive, Creagh, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.

Gardaí at Cornafulla are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the R357 at Raghrabeg, Shannonbridge, Co. Offaly at approximately 10.30am this morning.
The 30 year male driver and only occupant of a van was killed when he lost control of his vehicle which ended up in a ditch.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Portiuncula Hospital.
The road is closed at present and diversions are in place.
