Gardai arrested 2 males and a female at premises in Ulster Street in Phibsboro, Dublin.
As part of on-going investigations into the activities of persons believed to be linked to Dissident Republican groups. Gardai arrested 2 males and a female (all in their 30’s) at premises in Ulster Street in Phibsboro shortly after 4.30pm this evening – 29th March 2009.
In the course of the operation investigating Gardai discovered a number of suspect devices at the premises and requested the assistance of an Army Explosive Ordinance Disposal team.
The arrested people are being detained in Blackrock (2) and Donnybrook (1) Garda Stations under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act.
There is no further information at present.
