Discovery of a body at Dunshaughlin, Meath on the 27/9/08.

Gardai are investigating the circumstances of the discovery of the body of a man at Clowanstown, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath.

 

Gardai are investigating the circumstances of the discovery of the body of a man at Clowanstown, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath at 2.30 p.m on the 27th of September 2008. 

The body was discovered in a river near the Dunshaughlin to Dunsany road.  The body is believed to that of be a 56 year old man reported missing on Thursday the 25th of September. 

The body remains at the scene, which is sealed off pending a technical examination of the area by Garda crime scene examiners.  The State Pathologists office has been notified.
