Gardai in Wexford are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 1am this morning 1/10/2008.
A car struck a wall at Ballylfinoge, Piercestown, Co. Wexford, resulting in the death of a 17 year old female passenger. The driver of the car (female 21 years) was taken to Wexford General Hospital.
The scene of the collision remains closed pending a technical examination by Garda Road Traffic Collision Investigators.
