A woman was arrested on the morning of the 24/1/08 in Whitehall, Dublin 9.
Gardai have released without charge the 24 year old woman arrested on the 24th of January, 2008 as part on the investigation into the murder of Donna Cleary on 5th March, 2006.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A 24 year old woman was arrested shortly before 9am on the morning of the 24/1/08 in Whitehall, Dublin 9 as a result of investigations into the murder of Donna Cleary on 5th March 2006.
She is presently detained under section 30 of The Offences Against the State Act at Coolock Garda Station.
There is no further information available at this time.
