James Aherne

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 53-year-old James Aherne who is reported missing from his home in Dublin 8 since the 31st of March 2025.

James is described as being approximately 6 foot in height, of slim build, with closely shaved mousey brown hair and brown eyes.

James was last seen at Grand Canal Place in Dublin 8.  He was wearing a black and green jacket, black trousers and black and white runners.  He was carrying a blue backpack.

Gardaí and James family are concerned for his well-being.
