Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following:

-        a database/spreadsheet/record of the cost of the ten most expensive events policed by An Garda Siochana in the most recent twelve month period for which data is available, both in terms of the non-public duty services provided by Gardai and paid for by the host organisations, as well as the cost of associated policing duties performed outside these events that would be deemed additional to those normally performed at the location are not paid by the organisation hosting the event.

-        a record of how much money AGS has recouped for policing all types of such events in the period above, with a list of the top five organisations that have paid for such services and how much e.g. the GAA, the FAI, MCD, etc.

a copy of the most up-to-date policy or framework in place for AGS to calculate the cost of policing B6events as described above.

I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking records containing a breakdown of revenue received from fixed-charge notices arising from speeding detections made using camera systems, including mobile safety-camera vans, static speed cameras and average-speed cameras, for each of the following periods:
- Q3 2025.
- Q4 2025.
- Q1 2026.
- Q2 2026.
I am seeking the figures broken down by the same Garda geographical area, district or division used in the records provided in response to the FOI request reported upon in the following article: https://www.thejournal.ie/speed-vans-revenue-ireland-6805159-Sep2025/
For each geographical area and quarter, I am seeking:
- the number of fixed-charge notices for which payment was received.
- the total monetary value of payments received.
- where held, the number and value of notices that remained unpaid at the end of the relevant period.
Where the records distinguish between mobile safety-camera vans, static speed cameras and average-speed cameras, I would also appreciate the figures being broken down by camera type.

We are seeking the following information/records which is within the ambit of both finance and procurement:

1. Total amount spent by an Garda Siochana at Mourne Shooting Grounds Ltd., Boraghy, Loughmourne, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan from May 2025 until present.
2. Please provide a month by month breakdown of the spend by an Garda Siochana at Mourne Shooting Grounds Ltd. from May 2025 until present.
3. Total amount spent by an Garda Siochana at shooting ranges in Ireland from May 2025 to present.
4. Please provide records relating to the contracting of services and the tendering process associated with same for services provided by Mourne Shooting Grounds Ltd.
5. Please provide details of the budget allocated for firearms training as part of Ireland hosting the EU Presidency in Autumn/Winter 2026, and provide details of the suppliers of such training and the amount awarded/allocated to each supplier.

I am making a non-personal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
I am trying to establish the overall expenditure incurred by An Garda Síochána in providing interpretation, translation and other language support to people who have limited or no English.
I appreciate that language support can involve a number of different services, including face-to-face interpretation, telephone or remote interpretation, written translation and other forms of language assistance.
I would therefore like to establish whether An Garda Síochána maintains or calculates an overall figure for this expenditure.
Specifically, I would like to know whether An Garda Síochána holds an existing financial record, report, cost centre, budgetary figure or other record showing the total annual expenditure on interpretation, translation and other language-support services for people with limited or no English.
If such a consolidated figure is held, I would be grateful for the annual figures for 2016 to 2025 inclusive.
If An Garda Síochána does not maintain a consolidated figure, I would nevertheless like to obtain the existing records which document this expenditure. In that case, I would like records of expenditure on interpretation services, translation services, language-support services or similar services for the period 2016 to 2025, including relevant financial records, procurement records, contracts, framework agreements, purchase orders or other records which identify such expenditure.
I am not asking An Garda Síochána to create a new calculation or undertake an analysis which it does not ordinarily carry out. Where no consolidated figure exists, I am seeking the existing records which document expenditure in these areas, so that it can be established how this expenditure is recorded within the organisation.
If the expenditure is recorded separately by different sections, regions or business units, I would be grateful if you could indicate this and provide the relevant existing expenditure records where they are held.
I would also like to know whether An Garda Síochána incurs expenditure on language or English-language training or other language-support initiatives specifically intended to assist Garda personnel in dealing with people who have limited or no English. If so, I would like the existing records showing this expenditure for 2016 to 2025.
I am particularly interested in expenditure associated with overcoming language and communication barriers when Garda services are provided to members of the public, victims, witnesses, suspects or other persons who have limited or no English. I am not seeking the ordinary cost of policing or other Garda services provided to migrants or other non-English-speaking people.
For the avoidance of doubt, this request does not seek expenditure relating solely to the Irish language or Irish Sign Language.
I would also be grateful if you could advise whether An Garda Síochána has any central mechanism for monitoring or reporting the overall cost of providing language assistance and, if so, provide the relevant existing record.
