| Journalist | Under the AIE Regulations and the FOI Act, I am seeking the following information on the fleet of cars in use for officeholders, including the Taoiseach, Tánaiste, Ministers, and other officeholders provided with transport by AGS.
Each part can be answered under either the AIE Regulations or the FOI Act, depending on the preference of the decision maker.
* A full list of all cars in the fleet including make, year, mileage and fuel type/electric hybrid etc and which officeholder the vehicle is assigned to.
* Details of all purchases and disposals of vehicles in the period 1 June 2025 to date including the purchase price of vehicles or sale price/scrappage costs of any vehicles that have been disposed of.
* A copy of current garda policy on replacement of vehicles for use in the fleet above.
* A copy of current garda policy on purchase of electric or hybrid vehicles for use in the fleet above.
* The number of garda drivers currently operating full-time in the provision of transport services for officeholders.
