Gardaí attached to the Serious Crime Unit, DMR South investigating drugs-related intimidation involving false imprisonment and assault causing harm of a male alleged to have occurred in early September 2026 have charged a number of the arrested men.
Following the searches under warrant at eleven domestic addresses across South and West Dublin and the arrest of 6 men in connection with this investigation, Gardaí have charged four of the men who are due to appear before The Criminal Courts of Justice, Court Number 2 this morning Wednesday 30th September, 2026 at 10.30am.
The remaining two men were released without charge and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
