A High Intensity Police Operation took place this morning Friday 4th September 2026, with the objective of seizing evidence of or in relation to the discharge of a firearm at 7 St Killians Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 on 4th August 2026.
60 members of An Garda Síochána led by Serious Crime South Clondalkin, supported by the Dublin Crime Response Team, Armed Support Unit and Garda Dog Unit were deployed.
Ten residential properties in the Clondalkin, Ballyfermot, Ronanstown, Terenure and Tallaght areas were searched during this operation.
The following items were seized under warrant:
• Mobile phones
• A Yamaha Motorbike
• A Ford Transit Van
• A Yamaha Boat Engine
• €5000 cash
• Suspected Cocaine to the value of €18,000
• Suspected Cannabis Resin to the value of €1,190
• Suspected Cannabis Herb to the value of €15,860
• Ten shotgun cartridges
The drugs and ammunition seized will be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
