Gardaí are continuing to investigate an incident of violent disorder that occurred in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, on Saturday 29th August 2026.
The man aged in his 20s who was seriously injured during the course of this incident, has passed away in hospital this afternoon.
Three men (20s) have been charged in relation to this incident and have now appeared before the courts.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
Anyone with camera footage (including dash-cam) who was in or around Vantage Apartments, Central Park, Leopardstown, the South County Business Park, Leopardstown and the Leopardstown Road areas between 8:00pm and 9pm on Saturday 29th August 2026 is asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
