Gardaí from the Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit, assisted by other local and regional units, conducted an operation in Togher, Cork city, targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the region on Monday night 5th October 2026.
A domestic residence was searched under warrant as part of the operation, resulting in the seizure of suspected cannabis to the estimated street value of €350,000.
The drugs seized will be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
Two males, aged in their 20s, were arrested and conveyed to Garda Stations in Cork city. They have since been charged and are due to appear in front of the Cork District Court this morning, Wednesday 7th October 2026 at 10:30am.
Investigations are ongoing.
