Witness appeal – Serious Injury Road Traffic Collision, Bray, Co. Wicklow, 12th March 2026

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision which occurred on Station Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow on Thursday evening, 12th March 2026.

Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the collision, involving a bus and a pedestrian, shortly before 6:00pm. The male pedestrian (aged in his 80s) was taken to St Vincent’s University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.

The road remains closed pending an examination by Forensic Collision Investigators.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.

Road users and pedestrians who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were in the area between 5:40pm and 6:10pm are asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.
