Today, Thursday, 19th March 2026, Gardaí have made further arrests as part of this cross-border terrorism-related investigation.
Two men, both in aged in their 30s, who were arrested in Limerick and Portlaoise, Co. Laois, this morning have been charged.
They are due to appear before Portlaoise District Court this morning, Thursday, 19th March 2026 at 10.30am.
Two other males currently before the courts, will be further charged in connection with this investigation, also before Portlaoise District Court this morning, Thursday, 19th March 2026 at 10.30am.
The investigation continues to be led by An Garda Síochána Special Detective Unit.
