Court Appearance: Arrest - Investigation into theft of cattle, Burglaries and Criminal Damage of Agricultural & Construction Equipment, West Cork. 18th March, 2026.

The man (aged in his late 20's) arrested in relation to the criminal damage of agricultural equipment that occurred in Drimoleague, West Cork in July, 2025, has been released from the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984, pending a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).  

The man has since been re-arrested and charged in relation to investigations into a burglary at Skibbereen, Co. Cork (October 2023).  

He is expected to appear before Bandon District Court tomorrow morning, Friday 20th March 2026, at approximately 10.30am.
