17/06/2026 Update: Court Appearance - Discovery of Woman’s Body in Co Waterford – 15th June 2026

Gardaí in Waterford continue to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a woman’s body in County Waterford on Monday, 15th June 2026.

The male (aged in his 30's) arrested yesterday, Tuesday 16th June 2026, in connection with the investigation, has since been charged.

He is expected to appear before Carrick-on-Suir District Court this morning, Wednesday 17th June 2026, at approximately 10.30am.

Investigations are ongoing.
