The Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, will visit Ireland from 13th to 15th June 2026.
Prime Minister Carney will arrive on Saturday 13th June 2026 and the visit will be concentrated in Dublin city throughout the day, where he will attend a number of engagements.
In general, traffic restrictions for the visit will be kept to the minimum required and it is intended that any impact on the public be localised and minimal.
The public can expect temporary rolling road closures to facilitate events and security escorts over the course of Saturday 13th June 2026 in the Dublin Region, particularly in the city centre.
