Gardaí from the Drug and Crime Unit in East Clontarf carried out a search under warrant at a domestic residence in Artane, Dublin 5 as part of ongoing investigations into the sale and supply of drugs in the area.
During the course of the search, Gardaí recovered cannabis to the estimated street value of €24,000.
A male in his 20s was arrested and conveyed to a Garda Station in the Clontarf area.
Following detention, he was charged with one count of Section 3, Misuse of Drugs Act and one count of Section 15, Misuse of Drugs Act. He has since been bailed and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on the 29th of June 2026.
