Gardaí continue to investigate the fatal shooting incident which occurred in Patrician Park, Kill Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin on Sunday 5th July 2026.

The male, aged in his 30s that was arrested in relation to this investigation on Monday 6th July 2026 has since been released without charge. A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
