08/07/2026 Court Appearance: False Imprisonment and Assault, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, 8th July 2026

Gardaí have charged two men who were arrested in relation to an investigation into an incident of false imprisonment and assault that occurred at a residence in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 in the early hours of Tuesday 7th July 2026.

Both men (aged in their 20s) are due to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning, Wednesday 8th July 2026.

A third man (20s) who was also arrested in relation to this investigation remains detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in South Dublin.
