Gardaí continue to investigate a fatal shooting incident which occurred in Patrician Park, Kill Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin on Sunday 5th July 2026.
A male (aged 39) was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Today, Monday 6th July 2026 Gardaí arrested a male (aged in his 30s) who is currently detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 in a Garda Station in the Dublin Metropolitan Region.
Investigations are ongoing.
